We pride ourselves in providing high levels of customer service and quick turnarounds of work products at economical rates. The majority of our work is in Washington State, especially for small to medium-sized cities in King County. We do not work for private companies to ensure that we best represent local governments and ratepayers, and do not have the appearance of any conflicts of interest.

Jeanette Jurgensen founded Bin There Consulting in 2021 after 14 years of experience in solid waste operations within municipal government. In 2023, she acquired Epicenter Services, and the two companies were formally merged in 2025.
Jeanette launched this firm to provide the kind of practical, knowledgeable support she wished had been available during her time in government. With more than 20 years of experience in solid waste collection contracting—and a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of municipal staff—she helps agencies navigate a wide range of challenges related to solid waste collection contracts.
Bin There Consulting is a certified Women Business Enterprise through Washington State OMWBE, registered on the Washington State MRSC roster, and certified as a King County Small Contract and Supplier.
